Biotech in Your Daily Life

I've been working on a piece about biotech products you use every day describing some common household items you might not even realize are products of enzyme bioengineering. So far I've probably included some of the most well-known, wide-spread and firmly established examples of how biotechnology, and specifically genetically engineered enzymes, are applied commercially. Your blog is great. It’s important to tell the world that biotechnology is applicable in many aspects of our lives. Let’s not just confine the debate about biotechnology to genetically modified foods.
